What about Twitterfox? It’s been a big time saver, especially since I have multiple accounts.

Great tips. I had the idea to do a one hour class on how to be successful on Twitter. I figured I would just show people how to set up their Twitter account and give them 10 or so Twitter tips and share my free report on BEE-ing Attraction planning that was already available on our website.

nice picks… I still have my concerns about privacy with this services.
you could add ravishare.com (more established, not twitter-only), which allows to share freely and anonymously files of up to 300MB and tweet the link without entering your Twitter password.
there is also a picture and MP3 preview feature, so I think it matches your topic :-)

I would recommend checking out http://www.Gtdagenda.com for an online GTD manager with Twitter integration.
